Living Shangri-la is to be a a mixed-use building in downtown Vancouver and will be the tallest building when completed in 2008. The new 61-Storey "Shangri-La" tower will contain a 5-star hotel Shangri-la Hotel Vancouver and its offices on the first 15-floors, with condominiums occupying the rest of the building. 44-61 private access estates are available for sale starting at 4.39 million.
